Bob and Scott Von Eschen are the team behind Von’s Colorado Concepts and are known as the “Property Brothers of Boulder” because they have been building solid, beautiful homes with authentic character right here in Boulder County since 1976.
Both Bob and Scott are Boulder natives who grew up with an abiding affection for the mountains, the people and the unique Boulder lifestyle. For them, following their dreams meant staying put and raising their own families in the hometown they knew and loved so well. They have made a lasting impression on the town and the buildings they’ve created have become a familiar part of the Boulder landscape.
OUR HISTORY
Von’s Colorado Concepts encompasses all of the ventures the Von Eschens have established over the years, including Von’s 31, Triple V Enterprises, Spectrum Building Enterprises, Von Eschen Construction and many more.
Through those enterprises, Von’s Colorado Concepts has successfully completed a multitude of subdivisions, including Midtown Lafayette, Gunbarrel North, Dakota Ridge, and Noble Park. In fact, we may have built more homes in Boulder County than just about any other builder out there!

We are committed to building distinctive, beautiful homes – whether they are spec, semi-custom or custom homes, we build all sizes for all price ranges. In our spec homes, we take pride in including a long list of exclusive features and upgraded options as part of our standard packages (see our Standard Features and Options here).
Many of our standard features are items that other builders consider too costly to include,
but we put these features in all of our homes because we know it's those little extras that make a house a home.
